Costs and Payment Structure
The payment structure remains the same across all of our youth teams, however, the rates differ slightly between competitive age groups (U12-U18) and non-competitive age groups (U11 and below).
Registration Fee - £60 (per season)
This remains the same for registration at any time in the season and covers the following;
- Full Home Kit (Shirt, Shorts and Socks).
- Training Ball.
- Contribution towards FA and League affliation registration costs per team.
- Contribution towards player insurance costs.
- Contribution towards Match Balls costs.
Monthly Subs
- Monthly subs are charged differently between competitive age groups (U18-U12) and non-competitive age groups (U11 and below).
- The monthly subs are charged per player and invoiced on the first on the month.
- Monthly subs are charged between August and May (10 months) for each season.
- After September, monthly subs are only charged for the remaining months.
E.G If you join in March, then you will be charged subs for March, April and May. - Prior to September, subs will be charged for across the full season (10 months).
Competitive Subs (U12 - U18)
The subs are charged at £30 / month and is based on the above payment structure.
Non-Competitive Subs (U11 and below)
The subs are charged at £24 / month and is based on the above payment structure.
Training Only
If a player joins the club on a training only basis, then there is no registration fee and the player will not receive any kit. As the player will not be participating in matches we offer a reduced rate for training only memberships and this is fixed across all age groups.
If a player becomes a full member at any stage in the season, then they will be transitioned over to the applicable monthly subs rate and a registration fee will be applicable.
The cost for training only is £20 / month and is based on the above payment structure.
Discounts
The club offers some discounts to members and those who volunteer.
- Manager and Coaches (20%)
Applied to one child in the club per coach/manager.
Only applied for max of 2 coaches per team. - Committee (20%)
Applied to one child in the club per committee member.
For those members that are also managers, only one 20% discount will be applied. - Sibling Discount (20%)
Applied to the younger sibling for the duration that both siblings are members of the club. You have the opportunity to specify this on your registration form. Alternatively, please email [email protected] with the name and team names of both siblings and this can be applied.
Non-Payment
Whilst we never want to suspend players from playing, we have to take a firm line with non-payment.
Payments are checked by our club treasurer at the start of every month. If no payment has been received for 2 months, your manager will be notified, and your child will NOT be eligible to play until the balance is cleared or a payment plan is put in place.
If you have a financial situation that arrises, making it difficult for you to make or keep up with payments, then please contact the club treasurer on [email protected] and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
What do the costs cover?
